Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-21

Acceptance

By accessing or using SkinBoard you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Steam account that does not violate Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Steam credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Permitted use

SkinBoard is a tool for personal portfolio tracking and price analysis. You may use it for your own research, recordkeeping, and trading decisions.

Prohibited use

• Scraping, hammering, or reverse-engineering the service. • Probing or interfering with infrastructure (rate limits, abuse detection). • Using the service to defraud anyone or to violate Steam's rules. • Submitting data you don't have the right to share.

Third-party data

Item prices, volumes, and balances surfaced by the app come from third-party marketplaces and Steam. We do not control or guarantee that data — values may be stale, missing, or wrong. Verify before transacting on any external platform.

No financial advice

Nothing in SkinBoard is investment, financial, or trading advice. ROI numbers, P/L estimates, and arbitrage suggestions are informational only. You decide what to buy or sell, and you bear the risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinBoard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material revisions are highlighted on next sign-in.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts competent for the operator's registered seat.
